Private Pilot Ground School: $675.00

10 sessions twice weekly.
Class offered days or evenings. Fee includes classroom sessions, books, FAA Testing and graduation certificates.


Instrument Pilot Ground School: $675.00

10 sessions meets once per week.
Offered days or evenings. Fee includes classroom sessions, books, FAA Testing and Completion Certificate.


Commercial Pilot Ground School: $800.00

12 sessions.
Includes classroom, books, FAA Testing and completion certificate.


Airline Transport Pilot: $750.00

2 day intensive preperation.
This class prepares pilots for Human Resource and Flight Department Interviews. The course is designed for those persons currently or previously employed in professional aviation. This is a two day intensive preparation that includes study materials and resume review.

Garmin GNS 430/530 course description

This course provides a pilot with basic program and usage skills for Garmin navigation systems.  Training includes integration of HIS and Autopilot systems to Garmin equipment.


Garmin GTN 650 and GTN 750 : $475.00

1 day course.
Learn the operating procedures for these touch screen Garmin Navigation Systems.  Experience and proficiency with Garmin equipment is recommended.


Avidyne : $475.00

1 day course.
This is an intensive one day course taught by experienced instrument instructors.  The course is designed for pilots transitioning to Avidyne equipped aircraft.


Collins Pro Line : $575.00

1 day course.
This is a one day course to familiarize pilots with the Rockwell Collins Avionics Systems. This course requires proficiency with Glass Cockpit Technology.

Learn the Collins Pro Line from experienced professionals.

Course is designed for pilots transitioning to Citation 550, King Air, Lear Jet 60XR, CJ1+, Encore+, and other corporate aircraft..

Aircraft are quoted dry. Fuel is added at cost plus 15%. Minimum aircraft billing is two hours per day.

Hangar Service:

Managed aircraft may be hangared at St. Louis Creve Coeur Airport (1110). Creve Coeur offers a 4500′ x 75′ lighted runway with two LPV GPS approaches.

Hangar Fees:
Single Engine Piston — $350.00/month
Multi-Engine Piston —- $500.00/month

Aircraft Management:

Aircraft management fees are based upon the total monthly services requested by the client. Base fees include review of flight squawks, scheduled maintenance review, database,and move in move out for flights. Minimum monthly piston fee: $1,500.00/month

Crew Services:

Pilots daily maximum 12 hour duty time per crewman: $ 700.00
(Gateway will be the final authority on all crewing for any flight. Gateway also retains the final go no go flight authority for any rental)
Crew expenses charged daily to client at cost plus 15%

Catering:

Catering charged to client at invoice cost plus 15%. Catering is at the request of the client.

INSTRUMENT PILOT RECURRENCY: $275.00

This program is designed to aid the single pilot operator in maintaining a higher level of instrument proficiency. Course emphasis is SID and STAR. Non-radar environment holds and approaches are also discussed. Learn real world decision making. FITS Formatted Course meets for 12 hours.
